Eternity, Relative Realities, and Ontological Idealism About Time

This paper argues that idealism can offer a new solution to the problem of relating “static” presence things eternity and “dynamic” passage reality in temporal realm. I first presentation this using dispute between Aquinas Scotus, then describe “ontological about time,” as smaller–scale idealism, show how it resolves original problem. conclude by demonstrating view is consonant with recent emphasis on ontological dependence God offers way bringing together non–eternalist ontologies conclusions posited special theory relativity.
